Questions people actually ask
- Do participants need an account?
- No. They open a link or scan a QR, type the code and a nickname, and they are in. Nothing to install, no email, no password. On the free plan that is five people; on Team it is 250.
- What happens if my card fails?
- Sessions already running are never interrupted — that would land on your participants, not on you. You keep full access through a grace period, we email you, and only new sessions are blocked after that.
- Can I change which games I have?
- On Pilot you activate one activity. Every paid plan gives you the whole bank — the only thing you buy is how many people play.
- What if we run out of seats mid-session?
- The participant cap is fixed when the session is created, so nobody gets thrown out of a room they are already in. You will see an upgrade prompt before the next session, not during this one.
- Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
- Yes on Campus, and on annual Team for schools. We issue a proper invoice against a purchase order and accept bank transfer.
