Office Trivia
Questions about your own company. Scored, with a leaderboard.
The template ships with generic questions and a placeholder — the point is that you replace them with facts about your own organisation before you run it. Nothing produces more competitive noise than eight people discovering they do not know when the company was founded.
Run this when…
The situations it was built for. If none of these is the room you have, it is probably the wrong activity.
- A company anniversary or all-hands
- Onboarding a new intake
- An end-of-year gathering
How it runs
Tap one of several options. With an answer marked, the same engine is a quiz.
- 1You start a session and put the code on the big screen.
- 2Everyone joins on their phone — no app, no sign-up, just the code.
- 3You drive the pace from the host screen; the room answers as they go.
- 4Ending the session builds the report, with every answer in it.
Running it well
Only the host sees these. Participants never do.
- Rewrite every question before you run this. Generic trivia is a wasted slot; trivia about your own company is the whole joke.
- Six to ten questions is the sweet spot. Twelve is too many.
You write the content for this one
It only works with facts about your organisation, so it ships as a template. When you start a session you’ll get an editor to type your own questions in — the placeholders are a shape to work from, not content to run.
