How it runs

Running it well
Only the host sees these. Participants never do.
- Fifteen seconds a question and no discussion. The pace is the energiser; deliberation kills it.
- Stop at the first question that splits near 50/50 and ask one person from each side why. Skip the rest if the room is already talking.
